I have experience in crisis response from working in the Duke Hospital emergency department, as well as substance abuse training from working at ADATC.

My goal is to help you see that you can feel better, and to empower you to make the changes you need for the life you want. I can treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, relationship issues, and personality issues. I use evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and cognitive processing therapy.
